Course Details
Valhalla Golf Club, located in Louisville, Kentucky, was designed by the iconic Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1987. The course features a distinctive layout with a unique par-5 hole offering an alternate fairway, a par-4 with an island green, and a horseshoe-shaped 18th green. In 2022, the club undertook a major renovation, rebuilding bunkers and replacing the soft bentgrass fairways with firmer, faster zoysia turf. Valhalla has hosted three memorable PGA Championships, with Rory McIlroy claiming victory in 2014 and Xander Schauffele in 2024.
