Course Details
In the mid-1960s, Robert Trent Jones Sr. led a significant redesign and renovation of the North course, reversing the 1st, 9th, 15th, and 16th holes. The course length was extended from 6,300 yards to 6,668 yards, and the number of bunkers increased from about twenty to over ninety. When the club hosted the U.S. Amateur Championships in 2002 and 2016, both the North and South courses were used for the competitions.
