Course Details
Dana Fry originally designed and built this course in 2001 alongside his then-partner, Dr. Michael Hurdzan. In 2022, Fry returned with his current partner, Jason Straka, to oversee a renovation. The original design featured intricate MacKenzie-inspired cape-and-bay bunkers, which have since been replaced with a more traditional New England-style shaping for a cleaner, less formal look. Bunker placements were adjusted, tees were modified, and select fairways were re-graded. Additionally, hundreds of trees were removed to better showcase the beauty of the 730-acre estate’s surrounding pastures and woods.
