Course Details
Wilmington Country Club was officially founded on April 22, 1901, though its roots stretch back to 1882 with the formation of the Delaware Cricket Club, which began on the front porch of the Tatnall mansion. The club’s original nine-hole golf course was completed by August 1901 and later expanded to a full 18 holes. As membership grew, WCC began attracting national attention, hosting the Women’s National Golf Championship in 1913. Over the years, the club has continued to be a prominent venue for major tournaments, most recently hosting the 2022 BMW Championship.
