Course Details
Pine Needles holds the distinction of being the first golf course in the country to host the U.S. Women’s Open four times. Ranked as the fourth-best course in North Carolina by Golfweek, it was originally crafted by renowned architect Donald Ross in 1927. In 2017, Kyle Franz led a thoughtful restoration, bringing new life to its classic design. Now stretching over 7,000 yards, the course’s undulating terrain and strategically placed bunkers echo the timeless challenges Ross originally intended.
