Course Details
The Druid Hills golf course was originally laid out by H.H. Barker, an English golfer who claimed the Irish Open title in 1906. In 1915, a young Bobby Jones—just thirteen years old and a junior member at the club—captured the club championship. From 1941 through 1972, the Dogwood Invitational brought top amateur talent from across the country to compete in Atlanta. In 2003, renowned course designer Bob Cupp led a major renovation aimed at restoring the course's early 20th-century character.
