Welcome to The Lido in Nekoosa, WI, where scenic vistas and challenging play await amidst the tranquil Wisconsin landscape. Designed by C.B. Macdonald, The Lido was touted by many at the time of its opening to be comparable in shot quality to Pine Valley and National Golf Links - another C.B. Macdonald design. Sadly, the course was demolished by the U.S. Navy during World War II. Ever since it disappeared, the promise of The Lido has intrigued many as one of the great lost wonders of the golf world. The Lido has been brought back to life as you experience the serenity of the surroundings as you tee off against the backdrop of Wisconsin’s beautiful landscape. Come play a revitalized golf gem that will be the host site for four USGA championships beginning in 2026.
