Course Details

The Huntington Crescent Club is a private, member-owned, family-focused country club on Long Island’s scenic North Shore, offering a premier 18‑hole golf course across 175 acres, 15 tennis courts (including seven prized grass courts and eight clay courts), four Pickleball courts, and a heated pool complex with a full bar and snack bar; members also enjoy high-quality dining in the newly renovated clubhouse. Originally founded as the Crescent Athletic Club by 13 college athletes in 1884—who began with football and quickly embraced lacrosse, hockey, aquatic sports, and baseball—the club opened a nine‑hole golf course on the Narrows’ east cliff overlooking New York Bay in 1896, expanded it to 18 holes in 1899, and later sold that original property in 1918 as the organization evolved into today’s premier golf and social family club.
