Emerald Dunes, originally crafted as an upscale public course, has transformed into a prestigious private venue in the Palm Beach area, complete with initiation fees befitting its status. The course elegantly winds around a network of lakes, with water hazards or marshes influencing nearly every hole. Anticipating the prominence of these lakes, the Fazio team embraced an "aquatic theme," sculpting scalloped-edge banks and cultivating native plants along the shorelines to enhance the natural beauty and challenge.
