Round may not be played at any time when school team uses facility and/or when facility is hosting other school related activities. Round must be scheduled with staff who sponsored auction item. This item can be scheduled for a mutually agreed upon date with the host/club within the next 12 months. Proposed dates are not guaranteed. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred dates, options are subject to the host/club schedule and flexibility may be required.
