Course Details

Tucked into the rolling hills of Virginia’s Piedmont, Boonsboro showcases one of the Commonwealth’s classic golf layouts. The club’s roots trace to 1923, when famed golf figure Willie Park Jr. endorsed the property and laid out the routing that Fred Findlay would later bring to life. Construction wrapped up with the course officially opening for play on July 1, 1929. Nearly a century later, its design traits and timeless character still reflect the golden age of golf architecture and firmly link it to the great courses of its era.
