Course Details

Located just 15 miles from downtown Chicago in the quaint Village of Golf, Glen View Club spans 200 acres of beautiful golf land. Established in 1897, it stands as one of the oldest clubs in the Chicago region, boasting one of the nation’s earliest 18-hole golf courses and was home of two hall of fame members, Chick Evans and Josh Hutchison. Its esteemed founders, including Daniel Burnham, William Holabird, and O.C. Simonds, have left an indelible mark on its legacy, evident in the elegant architecture and meticulously landscaped grounds. The century-old Scottish Tudor Clubhouse offers stunning vistas of the William Flynn-designed golf course, meandering gracefully alongside a scenic river. Throughout its storied history, Glen View Club has hosted prestigious events such as the US Amateur (1902), the US Open (1904), and five Western Opens.
