Regularly ranked among New Jersey’s top public courses, Twisted Dune Golf Club delivers a true links-style test unlike anything else in the state. Archie Struthers reshaped the site—moving roughly two million cubic yards of earth—to conjure a Scottish-coast feel on the Jersey Shore near Atlantic City. The result is an 18-hole layout of twisting contours, bold elevation changes, and firm, flowing fairways framed by deep ravines, towering, grass-capped dunes, and more than a hundred penal bunkers. Stretching to about 7,200 yards, the card shows four par-5s (each over 500 yards), ten par-4s, and four par-3s, creating a demanding yet very playable course that invites repeat rounds from serious golfers.
