Bel-Air Country Club, nestled in Los Angeles, California, is a historic and prestigious golf haven established in 1925 and crafted by George C. Thomas Jr. Measuring 6,721 yards as a par-70 layout, it features rolling terrain and stunning views of the nearby hills. A defining characteristic of the course is its iconic suspension bridge, which spans a canyon on the par-3 10th hole and provides a striking backdrop for the 18th green. In 2018, Tom Doak undertook a meticulous restoration, eliminating artificial water features and restoring the course to its original vision, capturing the spirit and integrity of Thomas’s design.
