Course Details

Mesa Country Club in northwest Mesa, Arizona—bordering Tempe and Scottsdale—is a private, member-owned 1948 William “Billy” F. Bell parkland design. The course plays to a par 72 at roughly 6,900 yards and moves up and down the city’s namesake plateau. Eucalyptus and aleppo pines frame fairways, and compact, back-to-front sloped greens—especially on 8, 9, 13, and 18—guard scoring. Despite the elevation, the routing remains walkable. Andy Staples is leading a renovation emphasizing water-saving irrigation and rebuilt greens. The club returned as a USGA qualifying venue in 2025
