At Bay Creek, the 7,250-yard Palmer Course follows the Chesapeake Bay and Old Plantation Creek—four holes on the Bay, eight on the creek—with additional holes framed by dunes and broad beach bunkers. It features A-4 bentgrass greens, Tifway 419 Bermuda fairways, and five tee sets for scalable challenge. Opened in 2001, it earns regular national recognition. The property also includes nine Signature Nicklaus holes routed through dunes, mature woods, and water to small, well-protected greens.
